  • We have collected data from across the CLI membership to create the ideal personality profile for a community manager. You will gain access to this profile and our future position specific profiles as they roll out.

Hiring Process Support

  • Crafting job ads to attract specific and ideal candidates.
  • Personality profiling for each position, with trained consultation.
  • Tools and templates for the interview and hiring process.
  • Dedicated team to support your hiring journey and discuss personality profiles.

Retention and Team Performance Support

  • Assessment of the current team with strategies to maximize performance.
  • Tools and templates for quarterly and annual assessments.
  • Org Chart Assessment and Examples

Training Event for Foundational Success:
